Always-on agent: privacy policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
Always-on agent is a personal assistant built and used only by Jarryd Hennequin. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it. This page explains what it does with Google account data.
What it accesses
With the account owner's permission, the app can:
- read and search email in the connected Gmail accounts;
- create email drafts, which the owner reviews and sends himself (the app never sends email);
- read calendar events and free/busy times, and create events after the owner confirms each one.
How the data is used
Data is used only to answer the owner's own questions and requests through a private Telegram chat, and to send him a daily summary. Email and calendar content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to produce those answers. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
Storage and retention
The app runs on a private server controlled by the owner. Access keys are stored there with restricted permissions. Answers that quote email are kept in the chat history for up to 30 days. Draft and event proposals are cleared once they are saved, discarded or expired. Message references are deleted after 7 days.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
