What I do

• AI Product Strategy

  Finding where AI actually creates value and where it does not. Running use case discovery with business stakeholders, scoring opportunities against value, feasibility, and risk, then turning the survivors into a roadmap with success measures attached.

• Discovery & Prioritisation

  Structured discovery, prioritisation, and sequencing when the problem isn't clear yet. Turning executive direction into a decision a team can act on, with lightweight process that keeps focus and cuts down on rework. Generating options is cheap now, which makes deciding the bottleneck.

• Leading Delivery, Hands On

  Guiding product managers, designers, and engineers from early exploration through to a shipped release, particularly in regulated environments. I turn designs into working interfaces in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, work in Git alongside engineers, and use AI tools like Claude Code to put a working product in front of stakeholders in days rather than weeks. For agentic and conversational AI, that includes designing how people understand, check and correct what the system does.

About

I've spent twelve years across product, design, and strategy, from global consultancies like Accenture and Cognizant to high-growth startups building from zero to one. Most of it in regulated industries, where the hard part is rarely the interface. It's deciding what to build.

I work at the layer above delivery. Finding the opportunities worth pursuing, framing them so a team can act, prioritising them against value and risk, then guiding product managers, designers, and engineers to a released outcome. Much of that is facilitation. AI has made generating options cheap, which makes deciding the bottleneck, and deciding well is what I'm hired for.

Recently that has meant AI product work: running use case discovery, validation, and pricing for a healthcare technology group, designing clinical AI systems that went to production, and leading the service design layer of a scams and complaints program at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. I also design in code. I build this site by hand in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and I use Claude Code to take an idea from a sketch to a working product in front of stakeholders in days instead of weeks.
